What is One Shangri-La Place?
One Shangri-La Place is a luxury twin tower residential development that stands on top of a 6-floor mall featuring exclusive retail establishments. It is the latest addition the Shangri-La living, and embodies 5-star living and the warmth of a place to call home.

What is the difference between the High Zone and the Low Zone?
The Low Zone is from the 10th to the 34th floor and is separately serviced by three low zone elevators. The High Zone is from the 35th to the 62nd floor and is also separately serviced by three high zone elevators.
How many parking levels are there?
The residential portion will have four (4) podium parking levels located on levels 6, 7, 8, and 9.

The lot size of One Shangri-La Place is approximately 9,852 sqm.

How many units will there be?
Both towers will have a total of approximately 1,166 units.
How many units will there be on each floor?
A typical floor will have about 10 to 13 units.
What is the floor area and price range of the Studio units?
A Studio unit is approximately 45 sqm and the price range is from Php 4.9M to Php 5.6M inclusive of VAT.
What is the floor area and price range of the One-Bedroom units?
A One-Bedroom (1BR) unit is approximately 64-86 sqm and the price range is from Php 6.8M to Php 10M inclusive of VAT.
What is the floor area and price range of the Two-Bedroom units?
A Two-Bedroom (2BR) unit is approximately 118-154 sqm and the price range is from Php 12.8M to Php 17.5M inclusive of VAT.
What is the floor area and price range of the Three-Bedroom units?
A Three-Bedroom (3BR) unit is approximately 157-170 sqm and the price range is from Php 16.8M to Php 18M inclusive of VAT.
How much is a parking slot?
A parking slot is approximately Php 750,000 to Php 800,000 excluding VAT
Do the units have balconies and terraces?
The one, two, three bedroom, penthouse and special units will have balconies and terraces. The Studio unit will not have balconies, but will have usable bay windows as part of the standard design.

PROCEDURES
What are the requirements to purchase a unit?
To purchase a unit at One Shangri-La Place, buyers must first pay a Reservation Fee of Php 50,000, sign the Reservation Agreement, and fill out the Buyer’s Information Sheet. The down payment is due 30 days after reservation. Post-dated checks are required for all payment schemes.
Is the reservation fee refundable?
The reservation fee is deductible from the down payment but is non-refundable.
Do I get my own title?
Yes, a Condominium Title of Certificate is given for each unit, and separately for each parking slot.
DELIVERY
When are the delivery / turnover of units?
Target delivery date is approximately 2015
